• The Right to Development – Report of the Secretary-General (+)

    This report contains an overview of the activities of the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights relating to the promotion and realization of the right to development, including in the context of the twenty-fifth anniversary of the United Nations Declaration on the Right to Development. The report also presents a compilation of the conclusions and recommendations adopted by consensus by the Working Group on the Right to Development, of the Human Rights Council, with a view to contributing to intergovernmental deliberations on the future course of action in the effective implementation of the right to development.
